Refund policy
Introduction
We appreciate that occasions arise which necessitate clients to cancel their course booking due to unforeseen circumstances our approach is to assess each individual case. Cancellation may have an effect on our costs and resources, i.e. rooms, Tutors, etc and we must try to ensure that all parties are not disadvantaged through loss of earnings. Any such case will be assessed by the Company Director
Short Courses - at our venue
Clients cancelling a course, changing course date or switching courses, delivered by MCQ Training, must do so at least 7 working days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received less than 2 working days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee.
Customers wishing to substitute a registered delegate from the same company can do so by prior arrangement. However, associated costs may be taken into account in this circumstance e.g. awarding body registrations, extra support, etc which may lead to further charges.
Short Courses - at your premises
For training that is delivered on a client’s site, there is no penalty if a cancellation notice is received 7 working days prior to the onsite training date. If a cancellation notice is received by MCQ Training less than 7 working days but more than 2 working days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the training fee.
If a cancellation notice is received by MCQ Training less than 2 working days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 100% of the training fee.
