Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with us! Because our session sizes are strictly limited (to ensure safety and the best outdoor experience), last-minute cancellations make it very difficult for us to fill spaces. Please read our policy below before booking:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 7 days' notice: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the session or camp begins, you will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees).

Less than 7 days' notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the session start date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we have already committed to staffing, resources, and venue costs.

Missed Sessions: We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for missed classes due to general illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts.

1. Block Bookings & Term Passes (Forest Church)

If you have purchased a term block pass, refunds cannot be given for individual weeks that you are unable to attend.

1. Weather & Cancellations by Us

Meadow and oak sessions are all-weather activities!
Sessions will go ahead in the rain, mud, and cold. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately. Refunds will not be issued because of poor weather if the session is still running.

Extreme Weather: In the rare event of severe, unsafe weather (e.g., high winds, dangerous lightning, or extreme heat) or unexpected staff sickness, we may have to cancel a session. If we cancel, you will be offered the choice of:

1. A full refund for that session.
2. A transfer/credit to a future date or camp.
