Course Cancellations & Refunds:

We acknowledge that sometimes there is a need to cancel your enrolment from a course.

If you cannot attend, or no longer require a place, please provide notice of cancellation via email to info@mediationni.org at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in you being charged the full course fee.

A cancellation fee will not be charged if you or your company nominates someone else to attend in your place.

Mediation NI reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. In the event of a cancellation, Mediation NI will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
