Refunds or course credits may be available for attendees unable to attend.

A full refund or course credit to the same value is available for cancellations 4 or more weeks from the course date.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks before the course will be available to receive either a course credit to the same value or a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the course may receive either a 25% refund or a credit of up to 75% of the course fee towards a subsequently scheduled course.
Consideration will be provided for special circumstances, so please contact me to discuss as required.

A full refund will be available if a course is cancelled by presenter and will be processed within 5 days of such an event.
Every attempt will be made to provide an alternate option at a near time - and an option for potential fee transfer will be made. available.
