Refund Policy, Terms of Booking and Cancellation
Please be aware that all bookings are non-refundable and some may be non-transferable. Single drop-in classes and 5-Class Packages are transferable to another class within two-months of the cancellation. Once a class is paid for, it can be cancelled and transferred up to 30minutes before a live class begins. Unlimited Monthly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable (with an Unlimited Monthly class pass you can take class as much as you like within 30days). Cancellations and transfers have to be made through this online booking system. If you wish to cancel completely rather than transfer, please select ‘cancel’ instead of ‘transfer’, but please remember cancellations cannot be refunded, so we recommend you transfer to a later date. If you cancel within 30minutes of class time, or do not attend, the class cannot be transferred after that point.

By making a booking with Michelle Wert and Wert Creative LLC you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your own bookings. On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
