M.I.N - Men’s Circle

A place and space to come together. To listen, to be heard, to sit quietly, to laugh, to cry, to have fun. Any men (anyone who identifies as male) over the age of 17 are welcome.

Sharing is not mandatory. The only requirement is to listen to those who choose to share.

This is a space where you will be heard and understood with no judgement and no attempts to provide solutions.

Held in a woodland setting with hot drinks/water provided, we invite you to take some time for yourself and spend some time in stillness.
