We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a booked block. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness while covering the costs associated with class preparation and maintaining a predictable schedule.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in via the booking system. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the first class in a booking, or for missed classes, will not be eligible for a refund. You may enquire to attend a make-up class based on availability.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to attend an alternative date/time.

Note: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process and will be returned to the original method of payment.
