Enjoy a deeply relaxing moment of mindfullness and stillness as you allow your body to melt into the earth with the gentle rhythm of the gongs. This session is open to all with no previous experience required. Just a willingness to give it a go and enjoy the experience. Gong baths are highly rejuvenating for your body and mind and can help you to cope better with day to day life stresses. Sound healing can have a profound effect for some people helping to move emotional blockages from trauma and even stimulate altered states of consciousness. You will enjoy a warming cup of Cacao or Chamomile tea before you leave. Cacao is packed with flavonoids which help to lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to your brain and heart and are packed with antioxidants. Chamomile tea has many benefits, including: helping to reduce anxiety, support sleep and ease stomach ailments like gas, diarrhea and an upset stomach.
All you need to do is arrive and enjoy!
Please bring a floor mat, blanket and any cushions that you feel would help enable you to deeply relax and be comfortable. You can bring an eye pillow if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes you are warm and comfortable in. You can of course wear you PJs and layers to be warm and just go straight to bed when you get home.
