All levels Pilates class. Low impact whole body workout offering some challenge.
Move with control, centering, precision, breathe and flow. Pilates aims to improve your core stability and strength. Increase mobility, build muscular strength and endurance, look slimmer and reduced postural aches and pains.
Stay active to reduce the need for intermittent physical attention from other health professionals.
Please bring an exercise mat, towel and drinking water.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bare feet, Pilates/yoga socks as they have grips on the botton. Your usual socks can be worn but be careful of slipping.
Have a towel or cushion ready to use for head alignment and drinking water at hand.

Course ticket - for all 6 dates.
This is a 6 week block with limited places. I can send you a recorded class if you are not able to attend one week. Discount is offered for the block booking, missed classes may not be carried forward and are non transferable. Please ensure you have an exercise mat, small towel and drinking water.
