Refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines the conditions and process for cancelling your class enrolment with Mini and Me.

Cancellation Conditions
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled block start date.
Teacher Fault: If a class is cancelled due to the teacher's fault, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

How to Cancel:
Contact: Notify me of your cancellation by contacting me at miniandmesensory@outlook.com
Provide Details: Include your name, the class you are enrolled in and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds
Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only provided if the cancellation is due to the fault of the teacher.
Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds are given for cancellations made by participants less than 7 days before the block commences or for any other personal reasons.
