Classes:
We completely understand - things come up, life with kids can be unplanned. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible so that someone else can take your place.
We do not offer refunds if you cancel your class booking, but if you cancel prior to 7.30am on the day of your booked class, we will provide you with a credit to use for another class. Unfortunately, if you cancel after that time we cannot offer a credit.
Incursions:
We cannot offer refunds if you cannot proceed with a booked incursion, however if you need to change a booked incursion, please contact us within 7 days and we will happily reschedule. We may not be able to reschedule an incursion with less than 7 days’ notice.
