Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and transfer policy:

Classes and courses.
Once classes and course are booked there are NO cancellations,refunds or transfers.

121’s
Payment needs to be made one week before your 121 if this not done you booking shall be automatically cancelled. The instructor shall not remind you of paying. This is your responsibility. No cancellations once paid.48 hours’ notice is needed to reschedule your 121 at the convenience of the instructor. And reschedule must be done in a three weekly period of the first date.

Parties and hen do’s
A deposit is required immediately on booking your date and time. The deposit varies on which party package you choose. This deposit is not refundable. Parties can be cancelled up to One week before the party, however deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the payment for the party is due one week before the event. This payment once made is non-refundable.

Regardless of illness, emergency or any other reason, you may need to cancel, these policy’s still apply.it is a necessity to maintain this policy for each case due to past experiences taking advantage of the good nature of our instructors which in turn is detrimental to the business.
