Mama, Muscle & Me Classes

These sessions are designed for you to be able to come along and workout, with children in tow! (all children are your responsibility when on site and classes are not designed for children to take part). Classes include a pre and postnatal focus with work on personal strength, cardio, core and pelvic floor stability. Sessions are designed to be fun, sociable and will work all aspects of your overall fitness and improve general health.

Refund policy

Refunds will only be given to members who give 24 hours or more notice of cancellation, prior to the class start time.

No refunds will be given to those who give less than 24 hours notice of the class start time. Thank you for your understanding.
