No refunds will be issued once term begins unless in extenuating circumstances. Bookings do not exclude any holidays you have during the term. If you are unable to make a session then we will offer the chance to attend another session during the
6 week term subject to availability. Please note that Saturday bookings can not be cancelled or moved to other dates except in agreement with the teacher.
If a class is cancelled on my behalf, a replacement venue or e-class will be offered in its place. If no replacement class is offered then you have the option to roll over the class to the following term or accept a refund.
