Refund policy
Moo Music Redcar & East Cleveland are under no obligation to refund money in the event that you are unable to attend a session.
When a class venue is forced to close due to public health reasons (including Covid-19) or other grounds out of our control then you will be credited any unused balance of your term fees against future sessions or use towards online sessions. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.
If sessions are cancelled due to staff illness then you will be credited any unused balance of your term fees against future sessions. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.
If sessions are cancelled due to a confirmed case of Covid-19 then customers will be offered any unused balance of your term fees against future sessions or used towards online sessions. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.
Moo Music Redcar & E.Cleveland are under no obligation to refund sessions that may be missed due to adverse weather conditions when the venue is safe and sessions go ahead.
If adverse weather conditions force the venue to close then customers will be offered any unused balance of term fees against future sessions ' If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.
