Refunds and Payment Roll-Over - Moo Music Lichfield Aldridge & Cannock is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entirety of the half term/term. We regret that we are not always able to offer an alternative for missed sessions. If you are going to be absent for a class, please let Faye know. You may have 1 class credit per term for a missed session. This can be redeemed during the following term (e.g. if you missed a session during the Autumn Term, you may have 1 session credit for the spring term). This can only be offered once during the term. If you are absent for more than one week, you will be charged for the class.
In the instance that a class venue cannot be used in the short term (due to e.g. refurbishment, a double booking), we will endeavour, where possible, to re-schedule your session. In this instance Moo Music Lichfield & Aldridge is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. If this is not possible we will offer a 1 free session voucher to be used within the following term. This voucher has no monetary value.
When a class venue is not available on a longer term basis (in excess of one week), on public health, the government or other grounds outside of our control, then we cannot be responsible for providing any further sessions during that time at that venue. If this occurs and in the event that it is not possible to reschedule the classes, we will use best endeavours to either move classes to online or credit them against the next term.
