All tickets are non refundable or transferable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by myself.

Refreshments will be provided in the form of herbal tea & water - occasionally a cheeky snack!

Most group meditation sessions are floor based (on yoga mats), please feel free to bring your own mats, pillows and blankets to help you get as comfy as possible.

If you would prefer to be seated on a chair, please let me know.
