Details

Trauma isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet, hidden, and carried for years without words.

Trauma can come from single moments or long periods of feeling unsafe, unheard, or overwhelmed. It can sit in the body, shape how we respond to stress, and affect how we connect with others often without us realising why.

This workshop isn’t about reliving experiences.
It’s about understanding trauma, recognising how it shows up, and learning gentle, compassionate ways to support ourselves and others.

Because when trauma is met with safety, understanding, and kindness — healing becomes possible.
