Trauma isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet, hidden, and carried for years without words.
Trauma can come from single moments or long periods of feeling unsafe, unheard, or overwhelmed. It can sit in the body, shape how we respond to stress, and affect how we connect with others often without us realising why.
This workshop isn’t about reliving experiences.
It’s about understanding trauma, recognising how it shows up, and learning gentle, compassionate ways to support ourselves and others.
Because when trauma is met with safety, understanding, and kindness — healing becomes possible.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in
This is a safe, supportive and confidential space
You are never expected to share personal experiences
Take part at your own pace — stepping out for a break is always okay
Please be kind to yourself and others throughout the session
Mobile phones should be on silent to protect the space
If anything feels overwhelming, a facilitator will be available to support you
By attending, you agree to respect confidentiality and the emotional safety of everyone in the room.
