Take time for yourself and your growing baby with this gentle and supportive 6-week Pregnancy Yoga course. Designed to help you feel more comfortable as your pregnancy progresses, each session combines flowing movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation to support both your body and mind.

Enjoy 50 minutes of gentle, flowing yoga followed by 5 minutes of calming guided relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, connected, and at ease.

What to expect:
Safe, pregnancy-friendly postures to gently stretch and strengthen the body

Breathing and relaxation techniques to support you during pregnancy, labour, and beyond

A warm, welcoming space to connect with other like-minded expectant mums

Instructions

Please bring a bottle of water and a cushion to make some postures more comfortable. If you have a mat, bring it along but I have plenty if you need to borrow one, just let me know.
