6-week pregnancy yoga course in Marden commencing Thursday 2nd January.

Thursday 6.30-7.25pm, The Old School Room, Marden Memorial Hall, Marden, Kent.
Enjoy an active yet relaxing pregnancy yoga class, which can help you to feel more comfortable as your pregnancy progresses and help you prepare for birth. Enjoy 50mins of gentle flowing movement and 5 minutes of guided relaxation.

In my classes you can expect to learn safe active postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help you remain active and calm during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.

Please note there is no class on 27th February.
Please bring a bottle of water and a cushion to make some postures more comfortable. If you have a mat, bring it along but I have plenty if you need to borrow one, just let me know.
