6-Week Postnatal Yoga Course
This gentle 6-week postnatal yoga course is designed to support your recovery after pregnancy and birth through mindful movement, balance, and relaxation. Each class focuses on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and finding calm amidst the demands of new motherhood.
We understand that babies have their own schedules—whether they need to feed, cry, or nap—so you're always welcome to pause and tend to your little one as needed. This is a truly baby-friendly space.
The sessions also offer a chance to connect with other local mums, share experiences, and find support in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Classes begin at 10:40am, but you're welcome to arrive from 10:30am to settle in, feed your baby, or have a friendly chat before we begin.
After class, we often head to the café opposite for a relaxed drink—and sometimes cake or brunch! You're warmly invited to join if you're free.

Please bring a water bottle, a mat for baby to lie/sit on and any snacks/ toys that help to keep baby entertained.
I can provide a yoga mat but if you have one you like to use, please feel free to bring it with you.
