This is 6 week postnatal yoga course
Postnatal yoga uses movement, balance and relaxation to give your body and mind the time and space to recover from pregnancy and birth.
Classes are focused on strengthening and stretching your body and calming the mind. We all understand that babies will cry/ get hungry/ tired so you are of course welcome stop to see to your babies needs at any point in the class.
It's a safe space to talk about new shared experiences with other like-minded local mums.
The class starts at 10.40am but feel free to arrive from 10.30am to allow time to feed your baby or to have a chat.
If you are available, we have an informal drink (sometimes cake or brunch) in the café opposite after the class which everyone is welcome to join.

Please bring a water bottle, a mat for baby to lie/sit on and any snacks/ toys that help to keep baby entertained.
I can provide a yoga mat but if you have one you like to use, please feel free to bring it with you.
