Moves Fitness with Cheryl

Welcome to Moves Fitness: a wonderfully fun, exercise-to-music workout! Cheryl, your instructor, will take you through a series of functional exercises designed to improve your fitness and lift your spirits. You will be challenged by a mix of squats, lunges, pushes, pulls and rotations, the five basic functional movement patterns. Various movement options are offered so every fitness level will find their fit. Listen to your body, and enjoy the energy!
