What is Moves Fitness?
Moves Fitness combines dance-based cardio with functional strength and mobility training in a fun, friendly exercise class. Great music, easy to follow routines and suitable for all levels of fitness.

PLEASE NOTE:- On the last Wednesday (6pm) and last Friday (10am) of each month, class will be STRENGTH AND STRETCH.
