This week is the first of our Monthly Contact Improvisation longer Jam sessions with LiVE MUSIC. This month DUSK returns to play beautiful music for us again.
Our session is 3 hours as usual on Friday, with a circle intro followed by warmup led by Justin, leading into a longer jam. The intention is also to have a little social at the end with food to share from around 9.30. For those not so familiar with jams Justin will be on hand at the side of the jam to help any beginners find their way in the jam space.
🌟 About Dusk, our fabulous musician for the evening:
Dusk, an Italian-born guitarist and singer now based in Brighton, shapes intricate fingerpicked melodies into honest reflections of love and the human heart. His guitar and voice entwine to carry stories of longing and belonging, offering moments of quiet truth and connection.

Please don't wear extensive jewellery or things like hair-pins that could get caught on people or clothes. It's good to wear flexible clothing that isn't too baggy.
