CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your ticket up to 8 hours prior to the start of the event onto which you are booked. You will be issued with a credit that you can use for a future booking for an event of the same type. If you paid with a Pass then that pass will be returned to you and thus available for usage to book onto a future class.

Cancellation later than 8 hour prior to the start of the event is not allowed.

If for any reason we need to cancel a class onto which you are booked, you are free to choose to receive a credit or a refund for that class, as you wish.

Please note: Classes that form part of a course cannot be cancelled.
