Join us for our Contact Improvisation Big Jam evening! We are delighted to have LiVE MUSIC from Simona Cutifani.
Our evening session is 3 hours from 7pm, starting with a circle intro followed by a warmup led by Justin, leading into a longer jam for 2 hours.
We will have a closing circle at about 9.45 followed by a social with food to share (veggie only pls).
About Simona:
Simona Cutifani is an Italian musician and mystic, whose haunting melodies and dulcet tones are anchored from deep with in the heart. Holding the belief that there is no greater endeavour than to love, she shares stories tenderly crafted from the memories of her body and soul.
About Justin:
Justin is the host and resident teacher of the Brighton CI Community. He is a multidisciplinary mover with a background in martial arts and Thai-style bodywork. He has been dancing CI for over 12 years, teaching CI since 2018, and runs Moving Stillness - School of Somatics. www.moving-stillness.com

Please don't wear extensive jewellery or things like hair-pins that could get caught on people or clothes. It's good to wear flexible clothing that isn't too baggy.
