Welcome to this taster class for the four week beginners course in Contact Improvisation, starting Thursday 5th of March.
In these taster sessions you’ll get a feel for the breadth of the beginners course, and an introduction to the subtle ways Contact Improvisation explores dancing together, both in and out of contact.
There will be time to ask questions about the upcoming series of beginners courses, which run monthly as a closed group over four sessions on Thursdays.

Please kindly arrive promptly for the start of the session for the opening circle.
Please ensure that any jewellery that could be accidentally pulled or that could scratch can be easily removed for the duration of the class.
