Networks provide a strong and supportive professional learning community, ideal for leaders and teachers who wish to work together to explore best practice education from a national and local perspective. They provide the opportunity for professionals to collaborate and share strategies to improve outcomes and experiences for pupils in all schools.

The post-16 secondary network is designed to support Sixth Form leaders in developing their practice by the sharing of expertise across all network members. Across this year we aim to work together focusing on a range or pertinent areas to post-16 education such as a recovery curriculum, the use of data to maximise attainment, providing enriching student experiences, embedding career provision and looking forward through strategic planning. The network will ensure KS5 leaders have the opportunity to work with others to share ideas and offer support in what will be another challenging year in the world of education.
