Mummy Bootcamp

Our Fitness sessions are currently online during Level 5 restrictions. No need for a sitter! Modifications for all levels give and progression options too if your fitness level is a bit higher. An all over body workout using body resistance exercises, band and any weights you might have around the house! Our classes are 40mins of any combination of core, leg. gluts or upper body work.
