Mamafit®, DadaHIIT® and Family Fitness terms & conditions

Single ticket bookings

Single ticket bookings are non-refundable. If a single ticket booking is cancelled or the individual fails to attend the booked class payment will be lost.

Course ticket bookings

Course ticket bookings are valid for the exact course dates only.

Individual course class dates cannot be changed or swapped in any circumstances.

If course ticket booking is cancelled by the individual, payment will be lost.

If the individual cancels or fails to attend any of the booked classes, the class will be lost, It is not possible to switch individual course class dates.

For more flexibility please purchase a class pass.

Class pass bookings

Class pass bookings offer cancellation protection up to 1 hour before the class start time.

Bookings made with a class pass can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the class start time without losing a class from your pass.

If a booking is cancelled under 1 hour before the class start time, you will lose a class from your class pass.

Bookings cannot be cancelled retrospectively.

Class passes are non-refundable.

COVID cancellations

If you need to cancel a class due to public health advice e.g. you are required to self-isolate, please refrain from attending classes for 10 days as per current UK government advice.

Please do not attend Mamafit® if you or a member of your household has tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 10 days.

It is recommended to purchase a class pass to book and attend classes allowing you to cancel classes up to 1 hour before the class start time without losing your booking.

Single ticket bookings will be lost if cancelled or you are unable to attend.

ALL INCLUSIVE passes

ALL INCLUSIVE passes provide you with unlimited access to all Mamafit® and Family Fitness classes, including online classes, for 45 or 90 days.

The pass validity period will start from the day of your first booked class.

Once you have purchased your pass you need to book individual classes separately to allow us to monitor class numbers and comply with NHS track and trace protocols.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn up without booking in advance.

You can attend as many classes as you like during your selected 45/90 day validity period but advance booking is essential.

Once your pass is activated your validity period cannot be extended in any circumstances.

ALL INCLUSIVE passes are non-refundable.

Mamafit® passes

Mamafit® passes provide you with access to 5/10/20 Mamafit® or Family Fitness classes, including online classes, within 90 days.

The pass validity period will start from the day of your first booked class.

Once you have purchased your pass you need to book individual classes separately to allow us to monitor class numbers and comply with NHS track and trace protocols.

You can attend any 5/10/20 classes within your validity period but you must book in advance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn up without booking in advance.

Your validity period cannot be extended in any circumstances. Any classes unused by the end of your 90 day period will be lost.

Mamafit® passes are non-refundable.

Mamafit® ONLINE passes

Mamafit® ONLINE passes provide you with access to 5/10 Mamafit® ONLINE classes, hosted via Zoom, within 90 days.

Mamafit® ONLINE passes provide access to online Zoom classes only. Please book ‘in person’ classes separately.

The pass validity period will start from the day of your first booked class.

Once you have purchased your pass you need to book individual classes separately to allow us to monitor class numbers and provide you with the class invite link via confirmation email.

You can attend any 5/10 classes within your validity period but you must book in advance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to attend without booking in advance.

Your validity period cannot be extended in any circumstances. Any classes unused by the end of your 90 day period will be lost.

Mamafit® ONLINE passes are non-refundable.

Family class passes

Family FLEX passes are valid for two adults and their children.

Family FLEX passes provide two adults and their children with access to 6/10 Family Fitness classes within 90 days.

The pass validity period will start from the day of your first booked class.

Once you have purchased your pass you need to book individual classes separately to allow us to monitor class numbers and comply with NHS track and trace protocols.

You can attend any 6/10 Family Fitness classes within your validity period but you must book in advance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn up without booking in advance.

Your validity period cannot be extended in any circumstances. Any classes unused by the end of your 90 day period will be lost.

If only one adult attends, it will count as one class attended and will be deducted from your remaining class total.

Family class passes are non-refundable.

Exercise bands

Exercise bands are non-refundable or returnable unless faulty. Faulty bands will be replaced with a like for like replacement.

Exercise bands are to be collected from your booked class location at the time and date of your first class.

Exercise bands cannot be posted or delivered to your home or alternate address unless additional postage cost is paid.

Exercise Mats

Exercise Mats are non-refundable or returnable unless faulty. Faulty Mats will be replaced with a like for like replacement.

Exercise Mats are to be collected from your booked class location at the time and date of your first class.

Exercise Mats cannot be posted or delivered to your home or alternate address unless additional postage cost is paid.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a Gift Voucher is not used within the validity period (12 months) the Gift Voucher will be deemed expired and credit lost.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Cancellation and change

All classes are subject to cancellation and/or change by Mamafit® or DadaHIIT®.

If a class is cancelled or changed by Mamafit® or DadaHIIT® we will endeavour to provide class attendees with as much notice as possible.

Where a class is cancelled by Mamafit® or DadaHIIT®, booking will be credited to the attendee to use for a future booking.
