How to book:
• select your chosen class
• click 'Select' next to your chosen ticket type - this will automatically add this ticket to your basket
• click 'View Selections' to review and edit your basket
• click 'Book Now' when you are happy with the contents of your basket
• follow the on screen instructions from there to complete your booking.

Please note that you are booking a specific date and time, these sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion and subject to availability if you are unable to attend the session that you book.

Is your chosen session full or asking you for a password to book it? Please click Join Wait List or email yvette@musicbugs.co.uk to request the password. If you have any problems with booking please email Yvette on yvette@musicbugs.co.uk and she'd be happy to help.

Refund policy

Refund policy

Block bookings that are cancelled with less than 3 weeks' notice are subject to a £10 administration fee. Refunds will not be offered should sessions be cancelled due to reasons out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, floods, fires and "force majeur" but we will do everything we can to offer you a catch up session. If sessions are cancelled due to a class leader being unwell then a catch up session will be provided. If you have to miss a session due to self isolating, illness, appointments, holidays etc. then you can do an online session instead. Please email yvette@musicbugs.co.uk to arrange this. If we have to go into lockdown or a class leader is required to self isolate, sessions will move online zoom sessions until further notice.
