Welcome to the Nalu Yoga Tribe
We are excited to invite you to join the Nalu Yoga Tribe, where our passion is to share the healing and rejuvenating effects of yoga in the heart of North London. Established in April 2023, The Nalu Tribe is led by Bea, who brings over 2.5 years of teaching experience from around the world back to her hometown, London.
We are excited to introduce our new beginner yoga classes every Sunday morning & Monday Evening in two different locations. These sessions are ideal for those new to yoga or anyone who feels uncertain about their practice. With a focus on proper alignment, our classes feature a gentle, restorative Vinyasa flow.
This soft, flowing style of yoga emphasises slow, mindful movements that help to release tension, promote relaxation, and restore balance in both body and mind. Each week, you will be guided through techniques that will help calm the mind, relieve anxiety, reduce stress, and alleviate the effects of any workplace burnout.
