Hatha is a slower pace of yoga with static poses held for a number of breaths.

​The class begins with breath awareness to settle the body and mind.  Then, a number of yoga poses are practiced under on a theme. Sometimes, these poses may be connected in a slow flow, before closing with breath work and/or relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and restful.

The class is not suitable for pre/post-natal, had surgery in the last 6 months or have a heart condition.

Level: Beginner


A yoga mat. Optional yoga strap and blocks.
