I'm Beth, a 32 year old mum based in Pocklington📍and the dance fitness girly of MoveFit Mama. 💕

Welcome to the boob, knee, and wee friendly workout class that's designed to help regain strength in your core and pelvic floor, as well as toning up muscle lost in bums and tums during pregnancy🍑. These workouts are so spicy that we get you into that fat burning zone all whilst feeling like the gorgeous queen you are❤️‍🔥 💅🏻

With different (and iconic🔥) music themes every week, [that you vote for!] you'll learn a series of simple but effective movements that will leave you feeling sexy, confident, and STRONG! 💪🏻

WEEKLY CLASSES:
Are held on Mondays at 7.30pm and Saturdays at 9am at Burnby Community Hall in Pocklington

These classes open to all ability levels, at any age or stage of motherhood and you don't need any dance experience, just a mum bun and a baggy tee. 🫶🏻
l guarantee that you'll most certainly leave these sessions a little bit sweatier AAAAND a whole lot sassier! ✨
