I'm Beth, a 32 year old mum based in Pocklington📍and the dance fitness girly of MoveFit Mama Fitness. 💕

Welcome to the iconic dance workout class that's designed to help burn calories, build muscle and boost you metabolism in literally the best way possible.... SHAKIN' THAT PEACH GAL! Our classes are totally beginner friendly, no dance experience required and mums at any age or stage of motherhood are welcome! (And no, there's no cervix checks at the door, so if you're not a mum but still want in - you're more than welcome!)

With different (and iconic🔥) music themes every week, [that you vote for!] you'll learn a series of simple but effective movements that will leave you feeling like you've had an insane workout without realising, you'll feel super confident, and most of all... STRONG AF! 💪🏻

I personally used our unique blend of bodyweight strength training and dance fitness to lose 70lbs after my first baby as not only are you fat burning, but you're regaining muscle in those all important areas - legs, bums, arms, cores & pelvic floors! It's a unique but insanely effective combination of simple but effective movements.

If it sounds like a bit of you -all of our classes are pay as you go, no commitment necessary. Just come along with your mum bun and baggy t and we'll be welcoming you with open arms, club vibe lighting and songs that will get you moving from the minute you walk in!

WEEKLY CLASSES:
Are held on Mondays at 7.30pm and Saturdays at 9am at Burnby Community Hall in Pocklington
