I want to empower everyone to keep active, feel strong and take time for themself. In a 45 minute class, we'll move through a mobility focused warm-up before taking on a circuit-style full body workout focusing on cardiovascular fitness and resistance training. Then it's time to stretch and relax, so you leave feeling accomplished and ready for the day ahead.
