For the classes up to 24hours in advance you can get full refund.

For events, workshops, (except Watercolour, sauf L'Aquarelle to see below)

• up to two weeks prior to the event you can get a 70% refund,
• after that you can transfer your ticket to someone at no cost, or get a 50% refund
• until 48h where there will be no more refunds but still transfer of ticket.

– Les arrhes (30 %) ne sont pas remboursables.
– En cas d’annulation plus d’un mois avant le début du séjour, les sommes versées hors arrhes pourront être remboursées ou reportées, selon le cas.
– En cas d’annulation moins d’un mois avant le début du séjour, aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué.
– Nous vous recommandons vivement de souscrire une assurance voyage / annulation.

🇬🇧 – Participant cancellation policy
– The deposit (30 %) is non-refundable.
– If cancellation occurs more than one month before the start of the retreat, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded or transferred, depending on the situation.
– If cancellation occurs less than one month before the retreat, no refund can be offered.
– We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

🇫🇷 – Annulation par les organisatrices
Dans le cas exceptionnel où le séjour devrait être annulé par les organisatrices (force majeure, circonstances imprévues), l’ensemble des sommes versées sera intégralement remboursé.
Aucun autre dédommagement ne pourra être réclamé (transport, assurance, etc.).

In the exceptional event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organisers (force majeure or unforeseen circumstances), all payments made will be fully refunded.
No additional compensation can be claimed (travel, insurance, etc.).
