ALL YEAR ROUND: The Flower Patch CIC

The Flower Patch is run by Nicky Morgan. A Horticulturalist, qualified walk leader and freelance Forest School practitioner with over 30 years' practical land based experience.
We are a social enterprise growing seasonal cut flowers in Middlesbrough, using social and therapeutic horticultural practice and wellbeing activities we invite anyone suffering feelings of burn out, stress or anxiety to get involved.
Spending time outdoor in nature, growing, nurturing and harvesting flowers offers individuals the opportunity to step away from everyday life, being out in the fresh air is great for both our mental and physical wellbeing.
All funds raised from the sale of our flowers, workshops goes back in to develop our project.
Horticulture is the art and practice in the cultivation and management of plants or gardens. At the Flower Patch we offer short courses, wellbeing walks, workshops or one off events around garden skills, floristry and seasonal nature inspired crafts.
