We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to be fair while protecting the running of our events.

Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may:
Transfer your ticket to another person (just let us know their name in advance), or
Request to transfer to a future event, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

Within 48 Hours of the Event
Unfortunately, transfers or credits are not guaranteed within 48 hours of the event, as materials and preparation will already be in place.

No-Shows
If you do not attend the event without prior notice, your ticket will be forfeited.

Event Changes
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to another date
