Alexis Wallace Yoga

I have practiced different styles of Yoga for around 17 years. I am a qualified Hatha Raja yoga and meditation teacher, yoga of the body and mind. I teach vinyasa, yin, Hatha, Ashtanga flow, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž
I also provide soundbaths.
I offer classes, small groups or one to ones.
