Bay Yoga offers weekly holistic yoga classes rooted in the Hatha yoga tradition. Based in Torbay, Devon, Bay Yoga, offered by Lindi Ching, welcomes both beginners and long-term students who are drawn to a calm, breath-led style of practice that supports physical wellbeing, mental clarity and inner growth.

Classes integrate yoga postures, Qi Gong forms, accessible breathing practices and meditation, and are taught in a non-competitive atmosphere.
