Pregnancy

• One class per week is included in membership
• Book a second class in the same week if there are spaces on the day
• You can swap between the two classes as needed
• Book your classes in advance or week by week
• Zoom into the in person class anytime if you prefer/need to
• Access a collection of videos anytime
• Informative emails plus helpful WhatsApp messages in our WhatsApp group
• Early access to supportive New Mum Club from 36w
• Personal WhatsApp support through the early weeks postnatally

Postnatal

• Classes are booked in blocks postnatally
• 1 block at a time is included in membership. This gives lowest class price (approx £9.00 per class instead of the non member rate of £11 - use free 'member ticket')
• Take a second block of classes at the same time at a discounted rate (use discounted 'member additional' ticket)
• Members get lowest class price and cost is spread over the year
• Members get priority advance booking with no upfront cost
• Responsive admin support if you need to change your bookings
• Discounts on all workshops & one off events
• Free 6 weekly members-only evening socials
• Free weekly members-only drop in 'cafe' with free, unlimited hot drinks & biscuits
• WhatsApp groups for support & keeping in touch
• If you miss a class: choose from a free class video, gift any class to another Mama (or she can remiburse you), attend any other class to make up for a missed one.
• In line with all postnatal class providers, postnatal classes stop during school holidays, but Members baby cafe always runs, so there's always something to attend.

Postnatal Pilates Mamas:

• Our Mum only inperson Pilates also only runs in school term time
• There is access to weekly online recordings if you miss a class
• You are welcome to attend the Online Pilates classes during school holidays, or take a well earned break!

Ts&Cs: you MUST have an active membership while attending classes. Auto renews each calendar month on the same date as you start the membership; cancel easily anytime. Refunds are not possible if you forget to cancel.

You must have an active membership while attending classes and receiving home visits. This membership autorenews every month on the DATE you first started. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are not possible if the membership accidentally renews.
