Refunds and/or Transfers will only be offered when adhering to more than 24 hours notice for both classes and Private Sessions.

Failure to cancel in time will result in any class pass/monies being owed to or retained by Bodywerx Studios and/or the individual instructor.

Failure to attend your booking ‘no show’, will result in class pass/monies being owed to or retained by Bodywerx Studios and/or the individual instructor.

In the event Bodywerx Studios or its Instructors has to cancel any session, all class passes/monies will be protected. Bookings will be transferred to the earliest equivalent class/session or class passes returned for reuse.
