Any cancellations or alterations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will not be refunded. Please note - tickets are also non transferable. If someone else wishes to take your place you MUST cancel your ticket and they will have to rebook one under their name for both safety and insurance purposes. If a booking is made and the person attending does not match the name of the booking you will be turned away. This also applies to passes - passes are prohibited from being shared with anybody except the pass holder.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to get settled. To ensure everyone’s class starts on time and isn’t disrupted, the studio door is locked 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, and unfortunately we can’t admit late arrivals after this point for safety reasons and to avoid disruption to the other attendees.
If any policies are violated, we have the right to revoke any passes you have purchased with no refunds and you will no longer be able to attend classes. This is up to the owner’s discretion. Under no circumstances will we tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour to our instructors, our business or any of our attendees.
