IN PERSON Sound Bath Meditation: Soothe & Restore - Muswell Hill, N10 🎵

A deeply relaxing and restorative sound healing session - space to pause, soften and simply be.

You are invited to lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the therapeutic world of sound, allowing vibrations to gently guide you into a meditative state, quietening the mind and calming the body.

As the session unfolds, you may find yourself drifting into deep rest and stillness as the sounds wash over you.

Every sound that has a loving intention is a Healing Sound. We not only hear sound - we feel it physically and emotionally.

During the session, a Goddess Singing bowl may be placed gently on the body so the vibrations can be felt directly. You are always free to opt out.

The soundscape features Symphonic Gong, Chinese Wind Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drums, Rainsticks, Sansula, and Chimes.

At the end, there will be a few minutes of silence before you are gently guided back.

Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours' notice, you may transfer your place to a future event (up to the ticket value).

Within 24 hours of the event, transfers are not possible. You are welcome to gift your space to someone else, or Breath4Life may offer it to the waitlist where possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Herbal tea included.
