Customer Cancellations
• Cancellations made less than one week before the scheduled session can be transferred to another class.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Event/Class Cancellations by Us
• If we cancel an event or class with more than 48 hours' notice, your booking will be transferred to another class of your choice.
• If we cancel an event or class with less than 48 hours' notice, you are entitled to either a full refund or a transfer to another class, based on your preference.
Please note: Special events are excluded from this policy. If a special event is cancelled by us, we will offer either a transfer or a refund.
