Your session will last 1 hour and 15 minutes and will be tailored to both your specific needs and abilities, which may be different!

This is for you:

• If you are a beginner and wish to know the basics before joining a class
• If you are experienced and want to move to the next stage, or learn how to do certain postures
• If you have a specific injury or keep injuring yourself but don't know why, then let Veronica analyse your movement patterns.
