We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your class:
More than 24 hours before your class: You will receive a 50% refund of your booking.
Less than 24 hours before your class: Your booking is non-refundable.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.
Emergencies & exceptional circumstances: We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you’re unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly with an explanation. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another class or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 working days to appear.
By booking with CA Collective, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
If CA Collective cancels a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available class.
